Aroma: muscat grape, tropical fruit, blossom

Palate: orange blossom, peach, citrus

Fragrant and inviting, with intense muscat, tropical fruit and flower aromatics. Sweet on the palate but kept fresh, at 11.5 percent.

What it pairs with

  • Fruit desserts
Princic names them; the muscat aromatics repeat the fruit.
  • Fruit pies
The producer names pies; residual sugar and acidity both have a place.
  • As an aperitif
Princic suggests it before a meal, where the low alcohol helps.
