Classic Crianza from the Matarromera group's Peñafiel estate: cherry, plum and vanilla from 14 months in mixed oak, offering accessible, everyday Ribera from a large-format wine tourism producer.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled lamb chops with rosemary
Red fruit and balanced cedar match lamb's mild flavour and aromatic herb seasoning.
  • Roast chicken with garlic and pimenton
The wine's everyday style and smooth tannins complement well-seasoned roast chicken.
  • Cured meats and cheese platter
Approachable red fruit and moderate tannins suit a Spanish charcuterie-cheese board.

History
