Emina's prestige single-vineyard Atio from the best Peñafiel parcels: concentrated cassis, graphite and cedar from 22 months in new French oak, with polished tannins and long potential.

What it pairs with

  • Prime woodfire-grilled Castilian beef
Dense graphite tannins and concentration require the fat and char of prime beef.
  • Roast venison with black cherry
Cassis and graphite mirror the gamey venison and dark fruit reduction.
  • Manchego DOP viejo with black truffle
Polished tannins and concentrated fruit pair with aged cheese and earthy truffle.
