Founding Corpinnat member (2019). Original 1887 is the long-aged tribute cuvee blending the historic trio Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Montonega (an indigenous heritage white) with 9 years on lees.

Tasting: Vineyard walks through the Heretat Can Llopart de Subirats estate, with Castell de Subirats viewpoints, cellar visit and tastings of Original 1887, Microcosmos and the Leopardi long-lees range. Multiple visit tiers including biking tours.

Signature wines: llopart-original-1887, llopart-microcosmos-rose, llopart-leopardi-brut-nature, llopart-ex-vite, llopart-imperial

Tip: The Castell de Subirats viewpoint is at the heart of the bike tour; ask the cellar to set up the Leopardi vertical at the medieval lookout.
