The estate describes a perfect balance between measured ripeness and acidity, a wine that is fresh and alive with aromas of white flowers, peaches and apricot.
Around 90 percent Encruzado with Sercial, Cercial Branco, Moscatel Galego, Luzidio and Semillon making up the rest.
Hand harvested, macerated on skins and fermented with them for five days in the old manner, finishing fermentation in used 400 litre French oak where it spends nine months with bâtonnage on fine lees.
