One of Beaumes-de-Venise's most traditional producers; the Muscat from Bernardins is floral, perfumed, and delicate with rose water and lychee notes from high-altitude Muscat vines.

What it pairs with

  • Fresh fruit salad with citrus and mint
Floral, lychee-accented sweetness lifts the freshness of fruit salad.
  • Macarons and patisserie
Fragrant Muscat complements delicate patisserie perfectly.

History

The Aubert family's Domaine des Bernardins has produced Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise since the 1960s from high-altitude vines on the rocky slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail. One of the most traditionally styled estates in the appellation.
