Sabate and Coca families documented farming the Bitlles valley since 1885; the modern estate built around the 17th-century Can Serra farmhouse with 23 owned hectares plus contracted plots in Sant Pere de Riudebitlles and Torrelavit. Founding Corpinnat member (2019). Castellroig is the multi-terroir line; Sabate i Coca is the single-vineyard concept. Terroja was approved Cava de Paraje Calificado before the Corpinnat transition.

Founded in 1980 by Carlos Sumarroca and his wife Nuria at the 40-hectare Finca Moli Coloma estate in Subirats. A CCPAE-certified estate-grown organic Cava producer that has grown to 400 hectares. In March 2026 three Sumarroca paraje sites were added to the Cava de Paraje Calificado expansion.
Tasting: Visit at Finca Moli Coloma includes vineyard walk through the certified-organic plots, the modern winery and a tasting flight covering the Nuria Claverol Cava range and Temps de Flors whites.

Named for the founders' first daughter.
Tasting: Small-group visit through the El Pago vineyards in upper Subirats, with a focus on Vinyer de Muntanya old-vine plots and a tasting of Cuvee U Brut Nature.
