Mosnel at Camignone (Passirano) farms 42 hectares of ICEA-certified organic vines. The Barboglio family cellar (founded 1836) has the 16th-century underground galleries and one of the appellation's oldest continuous Pinot Bianco plots, plus one of the consortium's original Erbamat trial parcels.
Tip: The EBB single-vintage Erbamat bottling is one of the few examples of the heritage variety at high percentage; book a back-vintage flight to taste it against the QdE.

Ca' del Bosco at Erbusco completed organic certification across its 253-hectare estate in 2014, one of the larger certified-organic Franciacorta operations by area.

Barone Pizzini at Provaglio d'Iseo received ICEA organic certification in 1997. The 54-hectare estate is divided into 29 parcels across the Provaglio d'Iseo and Passirano hills under general manager Silvano Brescianini.
