- Afternoon at Mosnel on Via Giuseppe Cesare Abba in Camignone (Passirano). The Barboglio family cellar (founded 1836) has the 16th-century underground cellars and one of the appellation's oldest continuous Pinot Bianco plots. Flight of QdE Brut, Nature, Pas Dosé Riserva and the EBB single-vintage Erbamat.

- Return to Brescia or Iseo for the evening, or drive back to Milan (1 hour west) for dinner.
