Tenuta Le Cave's organic and biodynamic cellar tasting presents Valpolicella, Ripasso, and Amarone from estate vineyards in Tregnago. The Wine Lovers package is the recommended format - combining vineyard walk, cellar visit, and discovery tasting of the full estate range. Biodynamic Amarone is the anchor.
Tip: Tregnago sits between Valpolicella and Soave - ask about the Lessinia influence on the estate's vineyard soils, which distinguishes the Le Cave style.

Vigneti Villabella is the estate winery of Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais, producing Garda DOC and Valpolicella DOC wines from the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. Cellar tastings for hotel guests and day visitors. The estate also houses the five-star Villa Cordevigo Wine Relais and the one-Michelin-star Oseleta restaurant.
Tip: Request the full Villabella flight including the Bardolino Chiaretto rosato - underrated and highly food-friendly with the estate's kitchen.

Tip: The Doro Nature brut-zero is the furthest stylistically from commercial Prosecco - worth seeking out for serious sparkling-wine tasters.
