Felix Callejo in Sotillo de la Ribera produces a small annual batch of aguardiente de orujo distilled from the marc of their estate Tempranillo grapes. Available exclusively through the cellar-door shop following harvest; positioned as a traditional by-product of the single-vineyard wine program.
