Fourth-generation family distillery tracing roots to Quintana del Pidio in Burgos province, where great-grandfather Jose Casajus established the original alcoholera in 1918. The current Burgos city facility produces over 100 references including pomace orujo, herbal and pacharán liqueurs; the Crema de Burgos is a tribute to the local yemas sweet.
