Salvaterra do Mino

Salvaterra do Mino hosts a dedicated Festa do Vino Espumoso in December, showcasing the Galician traditional-method sparkling wines that are produced in small.

Tip: The December festival is small and local; bring layers because the fortress galleries are cold, and book a Mino-valley restaurant for the same evening.
