Lo Sparviere is the Franciacorta property of the Gussalli Beretta family (also owners of the Beretta firearms house). The cellar avoids any liqueur d'expedition dosing in its core range.

The gravity-fed cellar at Via Valli runs 20 metres underground; oenologist Riccardo Cotarella has consulted since 2020. In 2024 Muratori added still IGT Sebino wines under Setticlavio (Chardonnay) and Mantorosso (Pinot Nero).

The estate later passed into the Tenute Berlucchi orbit; today the 50-hectare property produces around 300,000 bottles a year. The rock-cut cellars are the visit highlight, doubling as the maturation space for the Real Riserva line.
