Arunda is the Vivaldi family's high-altitude sparkling cellar at Meltina (Moelten) on the Tschoegglberg plateau, at 1,200 m altitude per the cellar's own site. Founded 1979, the cellar produces traditional-method sparkling exclusively. The cool altitude gives a high-acidity, long-ageing sparkling profile.
