Artisanal distillery founded in 2021 in the southern Beaujolais Pierres Dorees, producing Beaujolais whisky aged in oak with fruity, floral, and woody notes, alongside fruit brandies from local pear, plum, and mirabelle orchards, and handmade liqueurs. The distillery welcomes visitors for guided tastings and tours explaining the production process and history of their spirits.
Tip: The Fine des Pierres Dorees, elaborated from Beaujolais wines and aged in new oak barrels, is a distinctive local spirit worth seeking out.

Industrial grape-marc distillery at the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, producing Marc du Beaujolais, Marc de Bourgogne, Eau de vie de vin de Bourgogne, Poire, and Mirabelle from by-products collected across multiple wine regions. Several products carry AOP and IGP certification. A boutique on site sells the full range direct to consumers. Open Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm; closed on bank holidays and during August.
