Weinmuseum Burgenland at Schloss Esterházy ★ 4.6
A wine museum built into the 330-year-old cellar vaults beneath the Esterházy family's Eisenstadt palace. The vaults once held up to 5,000 casks (roughly 280,000 liters) of wine from 1666 onward. Exhibits cover Pannonian viticulture, grape growing and sparkling-wine production, including a historic Baumpresse (tree press) and a large historic wine barrel.
