Three grapes dried for months in open air, pressed to just 17 litres per 100 kg and then three years in oak. The domaine records a superbly amber, bright copper robe with fig, apricot and dried currant. Served at 8 to 9 degrees.

Poulsard is called Ploussard in Pupillin, from the local word plousse for sloe, and the village considers itself the grape's home. The cooperative describes a colour running from a strong rose to red in youth and turning salmon with age, always with a delicate bouquet and a very fruity taste. Served cool at 14 to 16 degrees.
