Cheese fair of about 20 stalls held each year over the 1 May long weekend in Astorga, east of the Bierzo. Its 2026 talks with tastings included Bierzo's La Chata and Vallelongo's Tozudo blue.

A guided walk of about 4.5 km there and back from the workshop to the disused iron mine where Vallelongo ages its cheeses, past a stone bee enclosure (cortín), then a tasting of its cheeses with Bierzo wine in the workshop. Reservation required.
