A 14th-century fortress near Ficulle in the Antinori portfolio, farming 229 of 600 hectares between 220 and 470 metres, known for the barrel-aged white Cervaro della Sala and botrytised Muffato della Sala.

Tip: Cervaro della Sala, first made in 1985, pairs Procanico-Grechetto fruit with barrique-aged Chardonnay.
