Le Paname in the medieval Pezenas Vieille Ville is one of the canonical natural-wine bistros of the Languedoc. The list is short but exceptional, focused on Mas Coutelou, Le Temps des Cerises and the wider Pezenas natural-wine circle. The kitchen is small-plates Mediterranean.
