Place Chabaneau caviste opened April 2022 by Marie Sotomayor and Julien Brousseau, carrying around 300 references across France, Italy, Spain and the wider world alongside champagnes, sparkling wines, spirits and fine groceries. Tasting initiations run from the shop, and a sister Whisky, Rhum and Co shop run by Brousseau sits a short walk away on rue du Palais des Guilhem.
