Kellerei St. Michael-Eppan's base Pinot Bianco is the under-EUR 15 entry to a Gambero Rosso Cooperative-of-the-Year-2021 cellar, in the Eppan (Appiano) basin.
Tip: Appiano is the largest wine-producing community in Alto Adige with over 500 hectares of Pinot Bianco alone. The base cooperative bottling shows where the appellation begins.
Cantina Tramin's base Pinot Grigio is the cooperative's entry to its Alto Adige range, a fresh, mineral, mid-weight Pinot Grigio for sub-EUR 15 drinking. The everyday Pinot Grigio from the Gewurztraminer village.
Tip: Tramin's Unterebner Pinot Grigio sits at EUR 25-35 and is the step-up Vigna selection. The base bottling is the daily-drinker.
Cantina Terlano's Tradition Pinot Bianco is the cooperative's entry to its long-aged Pinot Bianco production (the cooperative was founded in 1893 and runs a library of long-aged Rarity bottlings 10+ years old).

Cantina Tramin's base Gewurztraminer is the entry to the historical Gewurztraminer producer, the Tramin (Termeno) cooperative whose Nussbaumer selection is the appellation's most awarded bottling.

Cantina Colterenzio's Cora Pinot Bianco is a faithful under-EUR 15 South Tyrolean white from one of the larger Alto Adige cooperatives, in Cornaiano on the eastern side of the Oltradige zone.
Tip: Colterenzio's range climbs through Lafoa Sauvignon and Cornell Pinot Nero at the next tiers. Cora is the white daily-drinker.
Cantina Bolzano's base Lagrein from the Gries district of Bolzano is the under-EUR 15 reference for the indigenous Alto Adige red. Inky-purple, dark plum and violet on the nose, bramble-spice palate; the daily-drinker version of the cooperative's flagship Taber Riserva.
Tip: Lagrein is the indigenous Bolzano red. The base bottling is the entry to the grape; the Aus Gries Riserva at ~EUR 18-22 is the immediate next tier.
