Siebeldingen (Suedliche Weinstrasse) · Weinstrasse 54, 76833 Siebeldingen, Germany
Hansjoerg Rebholz at Siebeldingen farms the southern-Pfalz hill of the Kastanienbusch and neighbouring sites with certified-organic viticulture since 2005, with rigorous dry Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Spaetburgunder across the range.
Tip: The Kastanienbusch GG Riesling is the wine to find here; book the small estate vinothek for a quiet southern-Pfalz organic tasting.
Birkweiler (Suedliche Weinstrasse) · Weinstrasse 8, 76831 Birkweiler, Germany
Wehrheim at Birkweiler farms the steep red-slate Birkweiler Kastanienbusch and neighbouring sites with certified-organic viticulture, working dry Riesling alongside a precise Weissburgunder and Spaetburgunder programme.
Tip: Try the Birkweiler Kastanienbusch GG next to the dry Weissburgunder to read the red-slate Suedliche Weinstrasse house style at one organic visit.
Deidesheim · Weinstrasse 10, 67146 Deidesheim, Germany
Von Winning at Deidesheim converted to certified-organic viticulture across the historic estate parcels in the Mittelhaardt, working dry Riesling from Forster Pechstein, Kirchenstueck and Ungeheuer alongside Deidesheimer sites under organic farming.
Tip: The Forster Pechstein GG and the Deidesheimer Kalkofen GG are the wines to compare; both now from a certified-organic farming programme since 2020.
