DO Ribera del DueroTinto Fino, Albillo MayorORGANIC CERTIFIEDLa Aguilera, Burgos
Founded in 2010 by Jorge Monzon and Isabel Rodero, Dominio del Aguila farms 66 hectares of old-vine Tinto Fino under certified organic status, verified by the Consejo Ecologico de Castilla y Leon (the regional organic certification authority). Winemaking is low-intervention: natural yeast fermentations, whole-cluster co-fermentations, foot treading, and ageing in restored 15th-century cellars. The Picaro del Aguila and Reserva are the estate's signature bottlings. Organic certification confirmed on the producer's own site and importers' pages.

Bodegas La Horra - the Ribera del Duero project of Rioja house Roda - farms certified organic Tinto Fino vineyards in La Horra and Roa de Duero (Burgos). Bush vines averaging 25-30 years old on limestone and chalk soils are hand-harvested into 16 kg crates. The Corimbo and Corimbo I wines carry certified organic status. The estate also holds the Spanish Wine Federation's Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection certification. Organic viticulture is confirmed on the producer's own website.

Bodegas Protos produces an organically farmed range of wines from specific parcelas under its standard estate. The '9 Meses Ecologico' and 'Tinto Fino' labels carry an Ecologico designation, indicating organically farmed fruit. Protos is one of the few large-scale Ribera del Duero producers with a dedicated organic-farmed range, making this style broadly accessible at EUR 14-18 retail. The certifying body is not named on the producer website or importer pages; this entry reflects organically farmed status without confirmed third-party certification name.

Goyo Garcia Viadero has made natural wine in Ribera del Duero since 2003 on 40 organically farmed hectares (10 ha under his own label). Inspired by Pierre Overnoy of the Jura, all of his wines are fermented exclusively with wild (spontaneous) yeast, de-stemmed, aged only in old barrels, unfined, unfiltered, and made with zero added sulfites. The Clarete, Joven de Vinas Viejas, and single-parcel Finca bottlings are exported by Vine Trail (UK) and Chambers Street Wines (US) to the natural-wine trade.

As of 2026, Finca Torremilanos (Demeter-certified biodynamic) debuted its first certified natural wines at the Salon Gourmets, extending its low-intervention philosophy from organic and biodynamic viticulture to minimal-sulfite, unfined, unfiltered winemaking. The natural range sits alongside the existing Cyclo and Montecastrillo labels. One of only a handful of producers in Ribera del Duero where biodynamic and natural certifications coexist.

Goyo Garcia Viadero's no-additive winemaking philosophy explicitly excludes animal-derived fining agents. All wines are unfined (no egg white, casein, isinglass, or other animal-derived fining) and unfiltered. The Vine Trail (UK importer) confirms no additions during elevage. His Clarete and Joven de Vinas Viejas are among the most easily sourced vegan-friendly Ribera del Duero bottles outside Spain.
