The Consejo Regulador del Jerez runs the official Sherry Educator certification. The programme covers the complete Jerez DO from grape to glass: Palomino Fino agronomy, albariza soils, biologically and oxidatively aged styles, solera systems and the VORS/VOSJ quality ladder.
Private tasting and education sessions run by the Maestro Sierra family bodega, covering the complete lifecycle of oxidative sherry: Oloroso ageing, solera management and single-cask vintage identification. Strictly small group by appointment.
