The Sanlucar museum contains a wine and viticulture section tracing Manzanilla production history from Phoenician amphorae finds on the Guadalquivir estuary through the medieval period to the 19th-century Manzanilla boom. Physical artefacts include Roman grape-pressing stones and historic cooperage tools.
