Sanchez Romate's Cardenal Mendoza is a long-established Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva label widely distributed in Spain and export markets. The spirit is aged a minimum of twelve years in Romate's own Oloroso and Amontillado solera butts, producing a complex, mahogany-coloured spirit.

Bodegas Tradicion produces a Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva aged in the same 30-year-minimum solera butts that contain its VORS sherries. The brandy production is small and sold primarily through the bodega shop and the tasting room visit.

The Pedro Domecq brand name lives on as a premium tier within the Beam Suntory Jerez portfolio, producing a Solera Gran Reserva aged in Pedro Domecq's historic sherry butt soleras. The 1730 expression commemorates the founding year of the Domecq dynasty in Jerez.
