Furmint February is the annual month-long campaign promoting dry Furmint as a internationally recognised dry white wine. Budapest wine bars, restaurants and Tokaj cellar doors participate with curated Furmint by-the-glass menus, masterclasses and cellar visits. The campaign has expanded internationally with participating venues in London, New York and other cities. It is a key seasonal promotional window for Tokaj's dry wine identity.
