Goyo Garcia Viadero has made natural wine in Ribera del Duero since 2003 on 40 organically farmed hectares (10 ha under his own label). Inspired by Pierre Overnoy of the Jura, all of his wines are fermented exclusively with wild (spontaneous) yeast, de-stemmed, aged only in old barrels, unfined, unfiltered, and made with zero added sulfites. The Clarete, Joven de Vinas Viejas, and single-parcel Finca bottlings are exported by Vine Trail (UK) and Chambers Street Wines (US) to the natural-wine trade.
Goyo Garcia Viadero's no-additive winemaking philosophy explicitly excludes animal-derived fining agents. All wines are unfined (no egg white, casein, isinglass, or other animal-derived fining) and unfiltered.
Goyo Garcia Viadero is documented by importers and the Vine Trail (UK) as producing wines with zero added sulfites ('sin azufre anadido') across all bottlings.
