Ruta del Vino Late Harvest Tastings (October) ★ 4.5
During the October harvest window, several Ruta del Vino certified bodegas extend their evening visit hours to allow visitors to observe fermentation tanks in action as the newly harvested Tinto Fino enters the winery. The combination of candlelit or floodlit cellar, grape aroma, and working winemaking equipment creates a late-tasting atmosphere unique to harvest season.
