What it pairs with

  • Volaille de Bresse vapeur
Light, floral Gamay complements delicate steamed Bresse chicken.
  • Jambon persillé bourguignon
The wine's airy freshness and light tannin match the jellied ham.
  • Saint-marcellin
Creamy, runny Saint-Marcellin finds balance against Chiroubles' high acidity.
