Cantina Terlano's historical Terlaner Cuvee Riserva blending Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc - the three traditional Terlano white varieties that were already bottled together when the cellar was founded in 1893. Soft, rich and deep, with creamy oak-aged texture and stone-fruit complexity.

What it pairs with

  • Roast pork with apple
The wine's baked apple and orchard fruit mirror the dish; high acidity cuts the fat.
  • Lobster bisque
Nova Domus's creamy texture meets the bisque while saline minerality balances richness.
  • Mushroom risotto with thyme
Creamy white wine for creamy rice; the wine's earthy almond-paste note echoes mushroom.

History

Cantina Terlano's founding cuvee. When 24 growers established the cooperative in 1893, the Terlaner field-blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc was already being co-bottled; Nova Domus is the modern Riserva expression. The blend has remained roughly 60/30/10 since the modern era.
