What it pairs with

  • Socca
The Nicoise chickpea pancake's nutty char picks up the wine's almond and fennel register.
  • Pissaladiere
Onion-and-anchovy tart meets the wine's salty almond palate.
  • Grilled red mullet with thyme
Local Mediterranean fish finds the wine's salt and white peach a precise pairing.

History

Rolle (also called Vermentino) is the principal Bellet white grape. Clos Saint Vincent's Le Clos Blanc is fermented and aged partly in old oak demi-muids and partly in stainless steel for both freshness and texture.

  1. 1993 — Sicardi-Sergi families take over the property
  2. 2003 — Biodynamic certification
