History
Fino Quinta is Osborne's primary Fino expression, produced in El Puerto de Santa María where Atlantic breezes moderate cellar temperatures. The Quinta name references the quinta criadera (fifth row) of the traditional solera system. Osborne has produced Fino from this El Puerto site continuously since the bodega's founding in 1772.
- 1772 — Osborne founded in El Puerto de Santa María; Fino biological solera established
- 1900 — Fino Quinta label registered as the house's primary Fino brand
