History
Coquinero is Osborne's semi-aged sherry in the intermediate Fino-Amontillado category. Founded in 1772 in El Puerto de Santa María by Thomas Osborne Mann, the bodega benefits from the Atlantic influence of the port town, where sea breezes moderate cellar temperatures. Coquinero (meaning a small cooking pot or a Cádiz cook) is a traditional Osborne label.
