Dominique Hauvette planted her first two hectares in 1988 and bottled Cornaline as the estate flagship from the mid-1990s. The wines age in concrete eggs and old foudres with no added sulfites; she was named Vigneronne de l'Annee 2020 by Revue des Vins de France.
