History
Manincor's Lieben Aich Sauvignon Blanc comes from a southwest-facing parcel in Terlan at around 350 metres above sea level, where grapes ripen earlier than elsewhere thanks to long evening sun. Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2009; the wine is the only white in Manincor's Crown line, the cellar's Grand Cru tier.
