History
Késői Szüret (late harvest) is produced by leaving grapes on the vine beyond normal harvest, allowing concentration through raisin-like dehydration and partial botrytis. It represents a lighter and more accessible sweet category than Aszú, making it a good introduction to Tokaj's sweet-wine range.
