History
Dry Szamorodni is one of Tokaj's most historically distinctive styles, made from whole-bunch harvest where healthy grapes predominate over botrytised ones. Extended oxidative barrel ageing produces a wine of considerable complexity that is underappreciated outside Hungary. Bognár Pince maintains this tradition alongside the more commercially popular sweet styles.
