History
Szamorodni (from Polish 'samo rodni' meaning self-ripened) is made from whole unclustered bunches containing varying proportions of botrytised grapes. The sweet (édes) style contains more aszú berries. Bognár Pince has maintained both styles of Szamorodni alongside Aszú production.
