History

Faune (wildlife) is a younger-drinking Daumas Gassac white made from a strict selection of old vines on poor mineral terroirs; cold maceration on skins for 10-12 hours followed by stainless-steel maturation produces a more aromatic, less age-worthy style than the main blanc.
