History
Sárospatak's botrytis years are less frequent than in the fog-dense central Tokaj valley, but when conditions arrive the cooler-climate botrytised berries produce Aszú of considerable freshness and precision. Winesor Pince produces Aszú only in the best botrytis vintages.
