Vaio Armaron is the prestige Amarone from the historic Serego Alighieri estate, owned by descendants of Dante Alighieri, managed in partnership with Masi; the wine reflects the S. Ambrogio di Valpolicella hill terroir with a refined tobacco-cedar complexity and long cellaring potential.
What it pairs with
-
Braised lamb shank with polenta
The wine's tobacco-cedar sophistication and firm tannins make it an excellent match for slow-braised lamb. -
Aged Monte Veronese d'Allevo
The quintessential local pairing for Classico-zone Amarone; salt and mountain mineral character.
