Named after the blue roller bird that frequents the Pic Saint-Loup garrigue, this Grenache-led cuvée is the most approachable Foulaquier red. Floral, fresh, fine-tannin.

What it pairs with

  • Roast lamb with thyme
Lavender and garrigue echo the lamb's herbs; silky tannin handles the fat.
  • Pissaladière
Rose petal and fine fruit meet caramelised onion and anchovy.
  • Soft sheep cheese
Fine grain and floral lift complement young sheep cheese.
