An unoaked Syrah-Grenache built around fruit, freshness and finesse, the three watchwords of Mas Bruguière. Drink within seven years.

What it pairs with

  • Grilled lamb chops with rosemary
The garrigue herbs in the wine mirror the rosemary; medium tannins meet the lamb's fat.
  • Aubergine confit and tomato gratin
Black pepper and herbal lift carry through sun-cooked vegetables.
  • Soft sheep cheese (tomme des Cévennes)
The wine's medium body keeps soft sheep cheese's lactic sweetness in check.
