Crisp acid and mineral lift handle a wide seafood spread.
  • Teille and baudroie bourride (Sète specialty)
Exotic fruit and saline lift complement the local octopus and monkfish stews.

History

Domaine Félines Jourdan was founded in 1983 by Marie-Hélène Jourdan and her husband Michel, breaking from the Picpoul cooperative model. Today their daughter Claude runs the 110-hectare estate on the shores of the Thau basin. The Classique blend draws from three distinct terroirs.
