Delas's La Landonne from the Cote Brune, a powerful and mineral expression of the famous lieu-dit. The Delas version is known for its density and iron character typical of the schist-iron soils.
What it pairs with
-
Aged Cote de boeuf
Iron-mineral Landonne needs a well-aged, marbled beef cut with fat. -
Roasted lamb leg with tapenade
Classic Rhone pairing with the wine's mineral character and dark olive notes. -
Wild boar ragu with pappardelle
Game intensity matches the wine's iron and dark fruit concentration.
