History
García de Velasco's Amontillado is the oxidative tier of this small almacenista bodega, aged through the full biological-to-oxidative progression in their Jerez city-centre soleras. Historically the wine was sold in barrel to larger Jerez houses; the bottled release under the García de Velasco label is a more recent development.
