Frequently asked about Ca' del Bosco Annamaria Clementi Rosé Riserva
What does Annamaria Clementi Rosé taste like?
Wild strawberry, redcurrant, rose petal, brioche and almond cream on the nose; raspberry, blood orange and creamy patisserie on the palate. Full-bodied with high acidity and a graphite-tinged long finish.
How does Annamaria Clementi Rosé differ from the blanc?
The Rosé is Pinot Nero-led (around 65 percent) with the rest Chardonnay, vinified saigne; the blanc is Chardonnay-dominant. Both spend a minimum eight years on lees in the Riserva tier.
When should I drink Annamaria Clementi Rosé?
Drink from release and across 5 to 20 years from disgorgement. Pinot Nero gives the rose patient cellaring potential; the saigne tannin softens with time.
